Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gamer Supps experience; however, due to the nature of our food-grade products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack your item and ship it to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
